- Order requests: name, email, optional phone, optional notes, and requested wine items/quantities submitted through the order form.
- Draft order data: items in your in-progress order, stored using a random client key tied to an essential cookie.
- Admin account data: login/account information for authorized administrators (managed through ASP.NET Identity).
- Content and uploads: text, images, and files uploaded by administrators for wines, producers, events, and blog content.
- Technical data: standard server/application logs, which may include limited metadata needed for security and troubleshooting.
2) Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use essential cookies and session storage required for core functionality, including keeping your draft order and supporting secure admin authentication. We do not currently use advertising cookies.
3) How We Use Information
- Process and follow up on order requests.
- Operate, secure, and maintain the website and admin tools.
- Manage catalog/editorial content (wines, producers, events, blog).
- Respond to support, operational, or legal requests.
4) How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information only when necessary to run the service (for example, hosting/infrastructure providers), to comply with law, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
5) Data Retention
- Draft order records are kept while your draft is active and removed when cleared.
- Order request records are retained for business and operational follow-up unless removal is required by law or approved request.
- Admin-uploaded media/files remain until replaced or deleted by an administrator.
6) Security
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is fully risk-free.
7) Your Privacy Choices
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to legal obligations.
- You can clear order draft data by removing items or clearing the order in the app.
- You can manage cookies through your browser settings, though essential features may not function correctly if disabled.
8) External Links and Services
This site may link to third-party websites (for example, map links, producer/event links, and externally hosted fonts). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
9) Children
Vinovivo is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page with an updated date.
