Liqueur with a Mediterranean character, obtained from the infusion of the leaves of the noble laurel, an aromatic and medicinal plant widespread in the Mediterranean basin in the Nero d’Avola Grappa.
The leaves are harvested between late October and November. Green in color and intense in flavor.
To be enjoyed chilled with desserts or as an aperitif paired with mixed cheeses, blue cheeses, foie gras, caviar.
